Paul Hegarty (MRICS / MCIOB)
Principal & Owner of Hegarty Construction LtD

Paul has worked in the Construction Industry since 1992 having graduated from Sligo Institute of Technology, Ireland. He is a qualified MRICS and MCIOB Construction Manager.

In his career Paul has worked both as a project surveyor and also as a commercial manager, managing a team of surveyors and as a Senior Project Manager on large schemes.

Paul has owned his own development company in Ireland and has carried out numerous site appraisals pre-construction in the UK but primarily he has a proven track record of delivering high density complex construction projects mostly on brown field sites in East London delivered under a set budget and to programme. During his career he have completed up to 5000 residential units plus associated hotels and refurbishment and infrastructure projects.

Dermot Gordon
Commercial Manager

Dermot has a proven track record that includes delivering complex MEP schemes in London. Dermot’s extensive experience includes estimating, cost planning and contract commercial terms. He also has experience in finance having managed properties and the fiancial components of commercial and residential property letting.
